OUTMODE Asset Production: UPDATE Cars Unwrapped

Its been a long week of trying to unwrap the cars and accessories but here are final base meshes ready to be textured and then assembled into the car walls for the game.
Each car has to be individually unwrapped and textured then I will have to combine them to make the car stacks for the wall and then combine the texture sheets to make one final sheet for the altering stacks.

I have added axles, seats and steering wheels and I have gone back and cleaned up the topology of each model to further reduce the poly count. These are the final meshes and there is no need to go and create a high poly sculpt version as such is the nature off the game the player will be unable to get close enough to actually interact with the car piles.

Each car has been unwrapped and using a uv check test texture I tried to maintain equal distribution over the models. The next stage will be to just apply the textures then replicate the car stack wall with the clean uv models.

Its crucial to get the texturing done properly, as it is what will ultimately make or break the game. The game is stylised but yet the cars and assets need to be believable and realistic enough to draw the audience in.

By completing the cars first it is helping with my other models as I am getting quicker with practice and slowly getting better at texturing.

Slow Progress but still on track, will be more frequent with updates as a lot of the work is getting close to completion, and I will post final results when completed.
